Q1: How does this item open?
A: Chest features six swing out jewelry drawers, jewelry compartment, mirror, brass key and lock. The top opens straight up and has the mirror inside the lid. The drawers swing out to the side and cannot be locked - what locks is the ring compartment that is in the center.
Q2: Do all of the drawers lock?
A: The side drawers can still swing out with the top drawer locked.
