The Montgomery Jewelry Box keeps your jewelry organized and looks great on your dresser or vanity top. This well-crafted jewelry box is made of burlwood and finished in rich walnut that is accented with gold tone drawer pulls and a faux lock.

You'll be happy to see how much jewelry you can store in this handsome jewelry box. The lid flips up to reveal a large mirror as well as two divided compartments and ring rolls to keep your favorite pieces organized. This jewelry box has five drawers that are undivided to give you room for earrings, rings, and more. It has two side doors that swing out to reveal four necklace hooks each and a catch box beneath. Everything your jewelry touches has been hand-lined in soft, sand colored suede. It measures 11W x 7D x 12 7/8H inches so is large enough to hold all your jewels yet won't take up your entire vanity top. Makes a great gift.

About Mele
Emidio Mele, an Italian immigrant to the United States, came to New York City in 1896 and learned to make jewelry boxes as an apprentice before founding Mele Manufacturing in 1912. He began by designing and building elegant displays for jewelry store windows. His jewelry box making business grew throughout the 1900s, responding to demands for boxes to hold Purple Hearts during WWII and developing as a popular household name for quality jewelry boxes. Today Mele Jewelry Box is known as the Mele Companies, which encompass various divisions under the Mele name. Now based in Utica, N.Y., Mele still upholds the family atmosphere on which it was founded and remains America's foremost name in jewelry cases.
